Due to unprecedented growth in sales, Valley Motor Group is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will support customers from the moment they enter our showroom. Connecting with them to ensure that they are provided with a seamless buying experience from start to finish. This role isn't just about selling the customer a car, but also to provide continued support after the sale to build trust and turn a one-time sale into a lasting relationship. One they’ll want to tell their friends and family about!

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiries to finalizing sales

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive buying experience for all clients

• Develop an understanding of our extensive inventory

• Support the sales team with follow-up communications and customer relations

• Contribute to the growth and success of the dealership by meeting monthly sales targets

• Collaborate with team members to create an engaging and welcoming dealership environment

This is a full-time position and includes Saturdays. You will be on a five-day rotating roster and the hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm (8:30am - 4:00pm Saturdays) You will need a full Victorian driver's license.
